Each month, the Higher Education Center receives hundreds
of requests for information by phone, fax, and e-mail. Based on information in our
database, we have compiled a list of topics that are most often referenced in those
requests. In order to respond to those topic-specific requests, in addition to our other
resources, we provide a periodic feature on the Website of "frequently asked
questions" (FAQs) from the field. This feature includes information that you
would receive if you called the Center and talked to a staff person. In addition to
responding to questions, this feature also provides supporting publication and Website
referrals.
