Fee
Payment must be post marked by September 30, 1999 to qualify for early registration.

The 1999 registration fee includes all National Meeting sessions, admission to Exhibits and Resource Zone, refreshment breaks, and one hosted meal each day (Saturday Dinner, Sunday Brunch, Monday Dinner, Tuesday Brunch).
Anyone registering under the student fee must provide a copy of their current student ID to verify their status.

Please prepay by check or credit card (VISA or Master Card). We are not able to accept purchase orders or to invoice. The Federal ID number is 04-2441718
Substitutions
Please notify the Higher Education Center of any substitutions in writing.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing and postmarked by Friday, October 15, 1999. An administrative fee of $25 will be assessed for each cancellation. No-shows and cancellations after October 15, 1999 are not eligible for refunds.

Confirmation of Registration
You should receive a postcard confirmation, which can also serve as a receipt of your
payment of registration fee, if the Higher Education Center receives your completed
registration form (online or by mail) and full payment (by mail) prior to Thursday,
October 21.
