All sessions or the 1999 National Meeting will be held at The Desmond Hotel and Conference Center, Albany, New York, near the Albany Airport.
 

The Desmond furnishes courtesy shuttle service from the Airport to the Hotel and back again. On arrival at Albany Airport, use the hotel phone bank in the luggage retrieval area to request pick-up.
