conference participants.

Morning Fitness
There will be a variety of morning fitness activities for all levels. When you arrive and receive the Program Book, conference booklet, please look for specific programs and times. |
| Stress Management
In an effort to support your own personal stress management, we are planning a number of refreshment breaks during each day of the meeting. In addition, students who are in training at the Potomac Massage Training Institute (accredited by the AMTA) will be on-site to provide massages to meeting participants. Please refer to the Program Book you receive on-site for specific times and locations. |

Social Activities
We are planning an evening of entertainment after dinner on Thursday, and the Network will host a reception on Friday evening. The Planning Committee will host a dance at 9:00pm on Friday evening, all National Meeting attendees are welcome. Volunteers from the local area will be on-site to assist you with other plans. In addition, the Hyatt Concierge compiles a Daily Calendar of Special Events. |
Twelve
Step Meetings
There will be 12-Step Meetings each
evening. Thursday evenings meeting will be open; Friday and Saturday evening
meetings will be closed. Please look for meeting locations in the Program Book that you
will receive when you arrive on-site.
