Concern for Your Wellness

As part of the conference program, we are offering a variety of wellness-oriented features to meet the diverse needs of our conference participants.
 

Morning Fitness   
There will be a variety of morning fitness activities for all levels. When you arrive and receive the Program Book, conference booklet, please look for specific programs and times.
Stress Management  
In an effort to support your own personal stress management, we are planning a number of refreshment breaks during each day of the meeting. In addition, students who are in training at the Potomac Massage Training Institute (accredited by the AMTA) will be on-site to provide massages to meeting participants. Please refer to the Program Book you receive on-site for specific times and locations.
Social Activities   
We are planning an evening of entertainment after dinner on Thursday, and the Network will host a reception on Friday evening. The Planning Committee will host a dance at 9:00pm on Friday evening, all National Meeting attendees are welcome.  Volunteers from the local area will be on-site to assist you with other plans. In addition, the Hyatt Concierge compiles a Daily Calendar of Special Events.

Twelve Step Meetings 
There will be 12-Step Meetings each evening. Thursday evening’s meeting will be open; Friday and Saturday evening meetings will be closed. Please look for meeting locations in the Program Book that you will receive when you arrive on-site.
