Exhibitor Information
Thank you for your interest in exhibiting for the 12th Annual National Meeting on Alcohol, Other Drug, and Violence Prevention in Higher Education, October 15-18, 1998 at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City Hotel in Washington, D.C.
We invite your organization to exhibit books, journals, pamphlets, catalogs, or other promotional material at the conference. Participants at the National Meeting rate the exhibits very highly as a means of learning about new resources and publications. Last years meeting attracted over 600 participants.
Details on display fees are given on the attached form. These fees include receiving and displaying material at the conference site. Exhibitors will be expected to provide any signs or logos that they wish to use for their display. We would also like to encourage you and any additional staff to register for the conference. Registration will entitle you to participate in the conference, receive materials and attend any scheduled meals. To register, please follow the instructions in the accompanying registration booklet. As an exhibitor your staff may register at the "Early-Bird" rate until October 2.
To reserve exhibit space, please return the attached form with a check in U.S. funds made payable to Educational Development Center, Inc., no later than Friday, October 2, 1998, subject to space availability. The check should be sent to the address on the exhibit application form. We look forward to your participation in this important event. Exhibit times: Set-up begins at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 15; takedown begins at noon on Saturday, October 17 with takedown complete by 2pm that afternoon.

Electrical access and telephone line access Extension cords and phone lines will be available at conference site for an additional charge imposed by the hotel. However, to avoid or minimize hotel pass through costs, please bring any equipment needed for setup with you to the conference.
